Cemented carbide is an alloy material made of refractory metal powder (tungsten carbide, titanium carbide, tantalum carbide, niobium carbide) and bonded metal (cobalt, nickel, iron) by powder metallurgy process. Cemented carbide has a high hardness and bending strength. Hardness is up to 86-95HRA and power is up to 3000MPa. Red hardness is good(up to 900-1000ºC, maintains 60HRC); It has many advantages such as excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, large elastic modulus, and low thermal expansion coefficient. Cemented carbide is known as "industrial teeth". And it is mainly used as cutting tools, geological mining tools, molds, structural parts, wear-resistant parts, high-pressure and high-temperature resistance cavities, etc., and widely used in aerospace, mechanical processing, metallurgy, oil drilling, mining drilling, construction tunnel engineering, electronic communications, measuring and other fields.

YL10.2 Used for high-speed wire drawing of steel wire, tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, and other hard materials with a diameter of 1.5mm~10mm, and drawing of non-ferrous metal tube (wire) material with the requirement of high surface finish.
YG6 Used for drawing steel, non-ferrous metal, and its alloy wire or bar with a diameter less than 20.0mm under great stress; It is also suitable to draw pipe with a diameter less than 10mm.
YG6X They are used for drawing steel wire, non-ferrous wire, and its alloy wire or bar under conditions requiring better wear resistance.
YG8 Used for drawing steel, non-ferrous metal, and its alloy wire or bar with a diameter less than 50.0mm and pipe less than 35.0mm under great stress.
YG11 Used for drawing steel, non-ferrous metal, and its alloy wire or bar with a diameter less than 60.0mm and pipe less than 35.0mm under great stress.
